Welcome to Diamond Island Resort's Setup Instructions to view some of the penguins here.

CAMERAS NOT AVAILABLE till next nesting starts sometime around June, site will be updated if things change.

There is a screenshot below along with instructions on setting up so that you can view the cameras.

To view Internet Cameras you MUST be using Internet Explorer

Go to http://unidenvideo.com/cameras.htm

FIRST time viewing requires installation of an ocx this can be selected from bottom of the Uniden screen.

Enter 123456 as codes (Security Code) for both sets of cameras (see image below)

The 2x button increases the viewing screen size.


Pressing record allows recording (or snapshot) of the screen to the path location you have entered.

If nothing is recorded check first that you have entered a path, (data storage location).

This page is updated whenever  cameras are moved around or if there is a change with the penguins. ie nesting

Select a camera (1,2,3,4) and press start



For sunset time check the link below, penguins coming in approximately 20 minutes after this time. Will keep an eye on the times and modify if need be.

If there are babies in nest then feeding will be approximately 30 minutes after this.

Viewing is in black and white with night vision cameras so as to not disturb the penguins (no lights are around). If any are out during daylight hours then some cameras may show coloured video.
