We include free with every room viewing of our little penguins from our PENGUIN VIEWING PLATFORM The little penguins inhabit the Resort all year round and return each evening to enchant you. Numbers vary depending upon season and how they feel. We do not allow private viewing as they are a protected species here in Tasmania.
Our 4 and 4.5 star rating (we are a split rated Resort due to the old/new nature of this 1856 property) will provide you with the extras you want. The East Coast boasts the best young wines and we have most of them for you to choose.
If you still have time you can play Tennis on our quarter court, minigolf, Billiards; swim in the outdoor pool, rock climb, play lawn bowls at the local RSL or play golf on the 9 hole course just up the road. We also have kayaks and bikes available for rental.
Perhaps you will just sit on a balcony and savour our MAGNIFICENT VIEWS.
We even have a library and a video section and flat screened TV and DVD in every Villa.
You can make us your base and explore from Coles Bay and the Hazards to the south, to St Helens and Bay of Fires to the north and still be back in time for a massage and dinner in front of a log fire. WOW, This is very close to paradise on the magnificent East Coast of Tasmania.

Noel lives on site with his family, wife Melanie and daughters Mia and Ella. .Noel is committed to using fresh produce, local seafood and meat and herbs fresh from our own garden. We are very fortunate to have Noel and his ability to mix traditional Australian fare with a twist for the unusual.
